The Branch 146 Honorees Committee, made up of past Big Sirs, establishes and recommends the criteria and point system used to determine minimum qualification levels to receive various branch honors.
The committee reviews and recommends to the Executive Committee, for their concurrence to honor, individual members who have distinguished themselves by taking leadership and/or other roles that have significantly contributed to the benefit of the branch or SIR in general.
Qualifying members are honored by the branch with an appropriate special presentation recognizing their achievement. These honors include Honorary Life Members (HLM's), Branch Honorees, Senior Sirs and various special recognition awards.
Current Honorees are:
Honorary Life Members:Charlie Unfried, Bob Walton, Charlie Kiser, Don Nunn.
Branch Honorees: Chris Satterthwaite, Jack Calloway.
Senior Members: Charlie Unfried (8/07) and Frank Mandic (10/07)
