Job Description
1. Create new activities of interest to members.
Identify potential new activities, plan start-up as appropriate and support the activity and its chairman until the activity can operate without assistance.
2. Collaborate with Activity Chairmen whose activities are full. Identify and evaluate possibilities for start-ups of new groups and chairmen within those full activities- eg. other bridge, cooking, poker, cribbage, etc. groups.
3. Coordinate with Activity Coordinators from other branches to network ideas for new startups.
4. Coordinate with the Area Governor periodically to discuss possible expansion of Area activities and improvements to Area activities.
5. Receive participant lists at least annually, and maintain a member list showing the activities of each member. Make contacts on members as appropriate to involve them in activities of possible interest.
6. Prepare surveys periodically for members to complete, requesting activities of interest. Include listings of selected potential new activities.
